2. Service Description

pmpm is a desktop application that helps you turn ideas into shippable products. AI functionality requires an active Claude subscription, which is not included with pmpm.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to any specific pricing tier. Availability of pricing tiers (Founding, Early Bird, General) depends on your position in the waitlist at the time of launch.

4. Pricing and Payment

pmpm offers a one-time lifetime license. Prices are subject to change, but your locked-in price at the time of purchase will be honored. All purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with pmpm, contact us at pmpm@pmpm.dev for a full refund. No explanation required.

6. License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use pmpm. The license is valid for one user and may be used on multiple devices owned by that user.

7. Limitations

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense pmpm. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

8. Disclaimer

pmpm is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of pmpm after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
